Hope everyone had a safe and fun Labor Day Weekend.
Our meeting will be this Saturday, September 12th @ 10 a.m., in the History Center meeting room.
Mainly, we need to approve payment of a couple of bills from last month's Social and the invoice/sale of 2 t-shirts. We would like an update on the Walking Tour and Grandmothers' Cookbook to the group attending.
Would you like a program on the Goodnight Barn in October or November? Laurel said they'd come back to give one. Two fundraisers for the Barn are coming up:

On October 17th at 4 p.m., the Committee will be hosting the 2nd Annual Goodnight Trail Western Art Auction and Sale, with many well-known local and national western artists. Paintings, sculpture, c. 1900 Ganado Navajo rug (it's red!), jewelry and more! Event is free. It will be held at the El Pueblo Museum, hosted by the Committee.
WHGHS October meeting will be on the 24th due to conflicts with activities scheduled for the Fremont County Heritage Festival. Please note this change on your calendars.
